Chem Shot Frac

Industry-Leading Chemical Automation for Frac Operations

Chem Shot Frac is Stryker Drilling’s chemical automation system for high-intensity frac environments, built to deliver precision dosing, reduced iron on location, and automation without unnecessary complexity. Designed and manufactured in-house, the system gives operators real-time control, monitoring, and visibility across modern frac operations.

Big-Stage Performance, Minimal Footprint

Chem Shot Frac is engineered for precision, built compact by design, and made to perform in demanding frac environments with a smaller footprint and fast rig-up times. Its integrated hardware and software platform gives operators greater consistency, tighter chemical control, and real-time field visibility.

Chem Shot Frac includes the following capabilities:

  • Precision chemical dosing for frac operations
  • Compact system design that fits on the back of a pull-behind trailer
  • 4 FR pumps with coriolis (2 primary, 2 backup)
  • 8 water-based metering pumps with flow meters (4 primary and 4 backup)
  • Chemical injection pumps electronically controlled to (+/-) 0.1 gpm
  • FR injection range of 0.3–4 gpt
  • Additional pump range of 0.1–1 gpt
  • Intelligent touch screen control panel on the unit and remote field tablet
  • Wireless tank monitoring with real-time height sensors on all ISOs/tankers
  • Electrical power adaptable to rig or generator source
  • Power options for 480V/208V 3 phase or 240V single phase
