NeuroTank is Stryker Drilling’s automated tank monitoring and water transfer system, designed to bring real-time visibility, precision control, and full automation to fluid management on location. By combining high-accuracy sensors, intelligent control systems, and automated transfer pumps, NeuroTank™ transforms traditional tank farms into a fully connected, data-driven operation.

Real-Time Visibility, Automated Control, Smarter Fluid Management

NeuroTank™ includes the following capabilities:

High-precision wireless tank level monitoring

Measures water height with approximately 1/8″ accuracy
Continuous measurement multiple times per second

Backup high and low level sensors for added system redundancy
LED “virtual sight glass” indicators on each tank for instant visual status
Automated water transfer between flowback, working, and freshwater tanks
Electric transfer pumps for efficient fluid movement across location
Charge pump integration to support frac or drillout operations
VFD command center for centralized system control
Automatic and manual operating modes
Setpoint-based automation to maintain target tank levels
Dynamic pump speed adjustment to balance inflow and outflow
